The location is fantastic, just a short 5-minute walk to Arab Street. the hotel is conveniently close to many restaurants and bars. - the rooms are modern, clean, with excellent bathrooms and balconies. - the breakfast offers a wide selection of delicious food options.

The location here is great for dining out and enjoying the nightlife, the accommodations are clean and modern with amenities like a fridge, the food is delicious, and the staff is friendly and attentive.

The quality of facilities, room and staff were excellent. I received great value from the late check out which enabled me to catch a 6pm. Flight in comfort.

The noise at reception on the day I checked in was very disconcerting however I fully understand that this was only temporary due to modifications being carried out. I am quite sure that same was very unusual and will be completed already.

The Dynasty Grande is conveniently located near public transportation, very reasonably priced, and kept very clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy or extravagant, but nice staff, very well kept (currently renovating a section of the hotel to keep things crisp and clean), and very reasonably priced. Restaurant is simple but decent food and good prices...plenty of fancier and more expensive places nearby but for a business or budget traveler it hits a happy medium between the upscale hotels and the lower end of the hotel spectrum Good value for money.

The room was brand-new, neat, and had a comfortable bed. the facilities, like a mini-bar, TV set, and balcony, had everything I needed. I had a delightful stay at this trendy new hotel.

WiFi very poor. Unable to get connection on 7th Floor initially and also when tried on 5th floor. Finally thanks to efforts of lady at front desk got a connection in the lobby. This enabled me to use my laptop on the 7th floor but poor speed and unable to use the mouse. Overall hotel is poor as regards internet access since it switched to wifi. Poor selection of tv channels with main sports channels not available. I would recommend the hotel to people who do not use laptops on their travels and are not interested in the quality of television channels.

Staff always able and ready to assist, very clean rooms and with outlets for computer/cell phone. Very nice gym, accessible all day,beautiful pool and area for relaxing. Most any shopping desired can be walked to or take the bts/mts system to any part of Bangkok. In general the area of Bangkok is perfect to stay in for shopping, and food but if you want to go somewhere different, easily done not to mention the hotel provided trips to Ayutthaya or Royal Palace- john p

The staff at the reception desk were not friendly at all. They did not realise that I had booked for three people and made excuses without offering an apology for the confusion.

Great location, right by the lively Nana nightlife scene and plenty of restaurants nearby. Service was good overall, although there were a couple of staff members who didn't quite hit the mark. 🌃 Improvements could be made in terms of service quality, but generally, it was a pleasant stay at this place.
